It features work from big artists like Tinkle, Ginta, Ikegami Akane, Tsubasu Izumi and many more. These illustrations appear on decorative bags to pencil boards to dakimakura that released through Rabbit Net.
Rabbit Net Chronicles is A4-size and 144 pages. Every illustration is on a full page and in most cases, there are several illustrations from each artist. The cover art is by Tinkle and appears inside the book with more illustrations by the artist.
The illustrations range from 2004 to 2010, so some of the works are starting to look their age. It’s especially noticeable when there are several works from the same artist.
Korie Riko has 14 illustrations in the collection, six of which are dakimakura covers. Kimizuka Aoi features heavily with eight illustrations. Tinkle has ten illustrations counting the cover art. Takashina@Masato and Hasekura Chiaki each have a couple of illustrations.
If you’re an avid fan of any of these artists, it’s likely you’ve already seen these illustrations in their personal collections. Even if that’s the case, the presentation in this book is higher quality than most doujinshi.
Rabbit Net Chronicles is a great art book overall, even if it’s only for the great selection of artists.
